Position Title: Subregional Design Lead - EAST Location: Hybrid - Ashburn or Boston Your role This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing all activities, projects, and staff within the Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering Discipline. This position will act as a liaison both internally and externally for design services by interacting with Project Managers, personnel, clientele, consultants, contractors, and vendors What you’ll do - Determine staffing needs by disciplines, by team and for individual projects based upon the current and projected workload; collect information and feedback from managers including staffing recommendations and workload projections - Act as a mentor for discipline personnel by providing continuous assistance and support through professional training and career development - Build work plans associated with personnel development within the discipline and review the performance and work quality through e...
