Studio Host Part Time 10-7pm Sundays and Mondays

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Skincare Studio Host to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service within our boutique skincare studio. MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS, 10am-7pm. Weekday evening shifts are also available. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for skincare and beauty products and have an engaging and bubbly personality. This hospitality role involves ensuring a welcoming environment for clients, selling products and memberships and transacting services. Will require attention to detail, outgoing sales calls, standing for long periods and high energy!

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including opening, closing, booking treatments, answering texts and calls and assisting providers as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and sales leads with professionalism and enthusiasm using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Manage POS transactions, and various online platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding safety standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Utilize organizational skills to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or store within the beauty or wellness industry preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with POS systems, lead software, etc.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of skincare products or beauty industry trends is advantageous but not required.
• This position offers is an excellent opportunity for a training esthetician currently in school or who has recently graduated.
