Department Overview

The TETRA Devices team in Copenhagen is a small and versatile team covering Customer and front-end solutions, Prototyping and Tier 3 customer support.
In the front-end phase we deliver strategic analysis and solution definitions/architecture based on customer requests or market needs. Some of these solutions require prototyping.
Tier 3 customer support covers customer issue tracking, triage and root causing, Defect gatekeeping and technical note creation. This support covers all shipping TETRA device products including the programming ecosystem. The team is also responsible for the TETRA Interoperability test planning and certification process. Daily support is provided to project teams, pre- and postsales teams including 3rd party audio accessory optimization for customer specific solutions.


Job Description

As a Student worker in the TETRA Devices team your assignments will be:
- Installing and maintaining a TETRA device programming solution (iTM, Integrated Terminal Management system)
- Installing and maintaining a TRACES system (System for logging device mobility events)
- Assist in case work related to the iTM, TRACES and Device issues
- Learn to use our Audio system and create optimized configurations for 3rd party audio accessories
- Maintaining the audio lab, our test bay and our equipment
