Student Support - Private Equity Investment Management, Listed Private Equity 40-60%

Job Description
 

This position will be supporting our listed private equity team in order to improve the investment processes, expand the investment universe and help with several data related tasks. It is designed to be a part-time role during the study period with the possibility to work full time during the semester/term breaks. The team offers flexibility to balance work hours with study schedules. The position is expected to be held for a minimum of one year, preferably longer.

Job information

• Updating and maintaining deal databases (using Bloomberg, Google searches, PE data providers);

• Screening of ongoing deal flow according to existing framework;

• Preparing short company analysis for team discussion;

• Supporting the team with day-to-day investment analysis, monitoring and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Currently studying business, economics or other subjects with an affinity for financial markets and company analysis;

• Experience in applying statistical methods;

• Proficient in English, German is a plus;

• Strong MS office skills, in particular Excel;

• Ability to work to challenging deadlines while maintaining a high degree of quality;

• Pro-active and motivated team player.
