Student Support – Data analytics – Client Services Liquid Markets 40%

Job Description
 

Your main tasks as Student Support within the Client Services Liquid Markets team include:

• Support on automating marketing material workflows to reduce manual reporting time and improve turnaround speed for client deliverables;

• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, learning and applying data visualization techniques on the job;

• Contribute to harmonization projects, streamlining and standardizing marketing materials and internal files for consistency and compliance;

• Support client and prospect questionnaires, including gathering relevant data, checking for accuracy, and helping compile the information into usable formats;

• Support the team in identifying opportunities to optimize processes and improve data handling across client service operations.

Requirements

• Currently studying business administration, economics or similar subject;

• Strong interest for the Investment world;

• Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel; Power BI and Python are not required but advantageous;

• Precise working style, focus on details;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

• Able to work independently and taking ownership of tasks.
