Join the Athletics team as a student employee supporting home games and events!
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up equipment before athletic events
- Tear down and clean up after events
- Keep score or run the game clock
- Take tickets at the door
- Assist with in-game operations (ball chasing for soccer, baseball, softball, and volleyball)
Work Hours
- 4-5 hours per event
- Typically
- Monday - Friday evenings
- Saturday - Sunday day and evening
- Students can expect 10-18 hours per week, dependent on their availability
Compensation and Benefits
- Rate of Pay: $16.45/hour
- Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
- Not eligible for health insurance benefits
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Enrolled as a student at Augsburg University and be work-study eligible
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds
- Willingness to follow detailed instructions
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Interest in athletics is a plus, but not required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in G Suite software services (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Interest and/or understanding of athletics operations
- On-campus resident
