Student Assistant GDPR

To accelerate the GDPR roadmap by centralising e.g. data mapping tasks that were initially defined as tasks for local data privacy ambassadors from P&C. This position should give the local P&C teams some oxygen as admin and data mapping activities are being handled centrally.
