Job description

Are you curious about strategy, analytics, and how ideas are transformed into real business decisions?

As a Student Assistant in our Strategy & Transformation team, you will become part of an international function that helps shape the future of our global Real Estate & Facility Services organisation.

Meet Your Future Team

Working closely with experienced colleagues, you will gain hands-on experience with strategic projects while developing your analytical, communication, and project management skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives and work with stakeholders across functions and geographies, giving you valuable insight into how strategy is developed and executed in a global organisation.

What You Will Do

This role offers a broad range of responsibilities and a unique opportunity to combine analytical work with project coordination. You will support strategic initiatives from idea to execution, helping the team turn data into insights and decisions into action.

Your work will include conducting research and analyses, contributing to business case development, and preparing presentations, reports, and decision material for management. You will also support KPI reporting and performance analysis, coordinate meetings and follow-up activities, and assist with planning, documentation, and stakeholder coordination across strategic initiatives.

In addition, you will help maintain global building data and documentation, while contributing to ad hoc analyses and problem-solving as new opportunities and challenges arise. From the outset, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities and encouraged to contribute your own ideas and perspectives.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and curious student with a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to solving problems.

You enjoy working with data, are eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • Are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data.
  • Have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, combined with a genuine passion for using them to solve problems and present information effectively
  • Work in a structured and detail-oriented manner while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

If you are looking for a student position that offers genuine responsibility, exposure to strategic projects, and the opportunity to develop professionally while studying, we would be delighted to hear from you.
