Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $55,000–$65,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities.

Your Role & Experience as a Trainee

  • Deliver direct ABA therapy and gain experience leading components of programming under BCBA supervision

  • Assist with functional assessments, treatment planning, and goal setting based on clinical frameworks

  • Participate in family training sessions and team meetings to develop collaborative care skills

  • Receive structured supervision aligned to BACB task list competencies and Elevate program milestones
