• Strategy Partner, Vendor Relations ストラテジーパートナー, ベンダーリレーションズ は、 本ポジションは、マーチャンダイジング部門における戦略的施策を全社的な視点で支援するシニアスタッフとして、営業チームの売上目標達成を支援するとともに、ベンダー満足度の向上に貢献する役割を担います。

勤務場所

• このポジションはハイブリッドであり、週に2~3日海浜幕張本社での勤務が必要です。

仕事内容

・法務部門と連携のうえ、国内外のベンダーとの契約書を作成し、非商業条件に関する交渉を行う

・契約締結の進捗をモニタリング・管理し、契約関連リスクを把握するとともに、関係部門と連携して課題対応を行う

・研修資料を作成・整備・継続的に改善し、法務、SC、QA、CL などの関連部門と連携しながらバイヤー向け研修を実施する

・契約条件に関する事前ガイダンスを含む、新たなベンダー向け説明プロセスを構築・導入する

・Vendor Relations Director、Buyingチーム、Planningチームと連携し、既存課題に対する標準的な解決策を策定する

・ベンダーから提起された課題や懸念事項を、関連する社内ステークホルダーへ共有する

・関係部門と連携して適切な解決策を検討し、ベンダーとの関係強化に向けた提案をディレクターやマネージャーへ行う

必要なスキル・経験

・営業部門において、社外取引先または社内部門との交渉・調整業務を含む5年以上の実務経験を有すること
・小売業界での業務経験を有すること
・契約関連事項に関する交渉経験を有すること
