Strategic Sourcing Manager

• Lead sourcing team to support customer project team to win bid, ensure safety supply and technical innovation. It will include sourcing activities such as supplier development & management, RFQ, E-bidding, supplier selection, project award, quality and delivery and talent development.
• Identify C4C opportunities and lead the team in expediting localization efforts. Initiate cross-functional improvement and excellence through kaizen and workshops.
• Develop Sourcing Strategies: Create and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs and ensure continuous supply of materials and services.
• Provide efficiency sourcing activities to meet the quality, delivery & cost target of customized hardware project.  The sourcing activities incl. but not limited to RFQ, E-bidding, price negotiation, project award and project follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross function team to improve supplier performance incl. quality, OTD & cost. Drive supplier to make continuous improvement.

• Manage supplier capacity, risk mitigation and ensure supply safety to meet business growth
• Promote important changes to mitigate supply risks, improve cost competitiveness and business growth. 
• Closely track key performance to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies: including but not limited to Purchase Price Variance, Material Margin Enhancement, DPO/Supplier Payables, e-Auctions.

• Regular price and contract negotiations with suppliers
• Provide sourcing support to local NPD projects to accelerate the local business growth.
