Job description

As a Strategic Relationship Coordinator, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing and growing existing portfolios, and helping customers achieve their financial goals through a range of investment and wealth products. Success in this role requires strong market knowledge, exceptional relationship management skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of risk management, regulatory compliance, and client service.

You will work in a dynamic environment where your ability to influence, analyze opportunities, and deliver outstanding client experiences will directly contribute to business growth and long-term customer success.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Sales. Acquiring new customers and servicing existing customers by selling investment products and meeting customers’ investment needs, while achieving sales targets consisting of inflow volume, retention and portfolio growth.

  • Risk and compliance. Complying with regulation and company policies, including Know-Your-Customer and Anti Money Laundering policies, providing actual product features and ensuring suitability of products offered with customers’ risk profiles, and ensuring that there is no miss-selling incident.

  • Administration. Following all sales processes as set by the company, including activity reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum education is Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably in Economics.

  • At least 4-year experience in fields related to the sales of mutual funds and wealth products, including acquiring new business and maintaining existing portfolios.

  • Proven ability to manage relationships, negotiate and influence.

  • Hold WAPERD or WMI license.

  • Excellent knowledge of mutual funds, capital market and wealth products, as well as good understanding of market conditions.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both in Indonesian and English.

  • Proven business analysis and project skills/experience in the financial services industry.

  • Working knowledge of industry.

  • Experience presenting to both large and small groups.

  • Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities of large and complex initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between

$53,250.00 USD - $88,750.00 USD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
