Strategic Projects Manager – Center of Excellence

As a Strategic Projects Manager, you'll lead high-impact projects across our Global Center of Excellence team that span people, process, technology, communication, and other strategic initiatives outside of core operations. You'll work with cross-functional teams globally to deliver projects on time and with expected quality standard while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.

What You'll Do

Project Leadership:

• Define project scope, goals, and success measures with stakeholders
• Create project plans, timelines, and resource requirements
• Lead project teams and manage stakeholder communication across all levels
• Track progress, identify risks, and flag issues early
• Manage project closeout, testing, and handover activities
• Document lessons learned and share best practices

Reporting & Communication:

• Produce and share regular project status reports
• Create dashboards and updates that show project health and progress
• Communicate project status, risks, and changes to all stakeholders
• Maintain clear, transparent project documentation

Support & Collaboration:

• Support CoE leadership with special projects and initiatives as needed
• Work across diverse teams to solve problems and drive improvements
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on results

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Project Management or Business Analysis experience in global organizations
• Proven success managing strategic, cross-functional projects
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle complexity and competing priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools
• Positive attitude and commitment to driving organizational change
• Should be comfortable to work in EMEA Shifts
