What We're Looking For:

    We are seeking a Strategic Functional Consultant with a minimum of five years of relevant experience to provide technical and logistical coordination for Coast Guard System Support Agents across all USCG platforms, including WMSL In-Service System Support and Major Maintenance Availability efforts. This full-time role involves managing the Integrated Master Schedule, coordinating C4ISR transition meetings, developing cutter sustainment readiness metrics, and supporting Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM) meeting preparation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Project and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tools (for IMS management and reconciliation), Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Word.
     
    TSTC is looking for candidates for this position that meet or exceed the stated requirements;  are excited to join our team and willing to sign a binding letter of commitment; and can start 2 to 3 weeks after notification of contract award.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite
  • Previous experience with C4ISR capabilities
  • Work independently, proactively identify and complete tasks
  • Must have excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple teams, stakeholders, and SME

Security Clearance and Where You'll Work:

    • Candidate must be able to pass a comprehensive background investigation required to obtain a Government suitability determination
    • This is a remote role with occasional in person meetings in Washington, DC, Kearneysville, WV, or Portsmouth, VA
