Strategic Financial Senior Controller

A leading FMCG company is seeking a Strategic Financial Senior Controller to lead financial planning, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making while ensuring strong financial governance and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic analysis.
• Develop financial models to support business decisions and investment evaluations.
• Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor financial KPIs and identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Support strategic projects, business cases, and organizational initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA is highly preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, FP&A, strategic finance, or financial management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
• Proven ability to partner with senior management and influence strategic business decisions.
