Strategic Business Operations Leader

The Strategic Business Operations Leader will have the unique opportunity to join the Office of the CEO at Acme, a hyper-growth cloud operating system technology company. Strategic, visible role, working closely with the management team and board to drive the highest cross-functional priorities for the company, as we continue to grow beyond $1 billion in billings.

This role requires passion and enthusiasm for company building. The ability to analyze business data to draw meaningful insights, and articulate it thoughtfully to business and functional leaders to drive decisions. Involves crafting the cross-functional growth strategy of the company, the presence to bring together various stakeholders and operationalizing said strategies.

The ideal candidate combines careful attention to detail with big-picture thinking, is comfortable creating and consuming business data analysis, is a structured thinker and embraces cross-functional collaboration. Effective communication skills, and a high degree of emotional intelligence are required. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering and/or business required. 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting or business operations preferred.

This position reports to the Chief of Staff who reports to the CEO.
