Store Manager – Guess Designer Outlet Roermond (38 hours/week)

For our Guess Designer Outlet Store in Roermond, we are looking for a results-driven and inspiring Store Manager with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset.

Your mission:

As Store Manager, you are the face of the store and the driving force behind your team. You ensure every customer enjoys the full Guess experience, while coaching your team to consistently deliver top performance.

Your responsibilities:

• Achieving and exceeding store targets and KPIs
• Leading, coaching, and developing the team (people management)
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Working hands-on on the shop floor when needed
• Monitoring stock levels and replenishment
• Analyzing sales performance and acting on data
• Handling scheduling and administrative duties
• Managing inventory processes
• Creating a positive and motivating work environment

You bring:

• At least 5 years of retail experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven experience in people management
• Strong numerical insight and commercial thinking
• Stress resilience and a problem-solving attitude
• A hands-on mentality and willingness to step in
• Flexibility and a positive mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
