Pay Range: $59,584.72 to $89,377.08 

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

 

Store Construction Superintendent
Location: Hudson, WI | Wisconsin Dells, WI | Waterloo, WI

Job Purpose:
Join our Construction team and play a key role in building and remodeling Kwik Trip convenience stores, car washes, and gas operations. This position assists the Construction Supervisor in managing multiple projects on an accelerated schedule while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage various construction projects including new builds, remodels, and rebuilds for c-stores, car washes, gas operations, and canopies.
• Assist in overseeing contractors to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Maintain project schedules to meet retail needs and deadlines.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA and erosion control requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of industry experience in general construction and petroleum installation.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of site grading, gas and canopy installation, underground tank installation, building and carwash construction.
• Familiarity with site utilities, building systems, erosion control, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to read and execute plans accurately.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, sitting, and operating motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Occasional climbing, kneeling, and use of power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs from floor to waist and up to 10 lbs above waist level.

Additional Details: This role will cover projects within approximately a 3-hour radius of the city where you are hired.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday
