• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
• Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution
• Providing 2nd-level support by:
  • Researching
  • Diagnosing
  • Troubleshooting
  • Identifying solutions
  • Carrying out configurations
  • Performing upgrades
  • Carrying out migrations
  • Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Write and maintain documentation

• Experience in day-to-day administration of and maintaining data backup & recovery solution in a production environment.
• Primary Storage : experience with storage products of  HPE 3PAR , NETAPP ,  DELL
• Secondary Storage : experience with Commvault, Veeam Backup & NetBackup
• Fluency in (technical) English (spoken & written)
