JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Stock-Trade Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing various aspects of Stock trade operations, including overseeing trade confirmations, daily stock borrowing submissions, and settlement monitoring of trades.  
 
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stock Trade Confirmation Management
- Manage stock trade confirmations by downloading them from the vendor’s platform.
- Forward the confirmations to the President for electronic signature.
Stock Borrowing List Submission
- Prepare and submit a daily stock borrowing list to the vendor following company guidelines.
Data Organization
- Extract information from end-of-day (EOD) reports.
- Organize and input data into Excel spreadsheets for further analysis.
Settlement Monitoring
- Monitor the status of trade settlements.
- Investigate and report any unusual activities.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bilingual in Korean-English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in stock trading related tasks
• Experience in trade operations, securities, or financial services, including trade confirmations, settlements, and order management.
• Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software, with advanced skills in MS Excel for data management and analysis.
•Strong analytical skills for extracting and organizing data from reports, particularly end-of-day reports.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and international counterparts.
• Understanding of stock borrowing and lending processes, including submission of borrowing lists.
• Experience working with international teams, coordinating with counterparts in various locations.
• FINRA License preferred with strong knowledge of FINRA rules and regulations.
• Experience in a customer service Role, handling trade orders and customer inquiries is preferred
 
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
• Okay to work 100% on-site in New York City during initial OJT Period (3 Month), and after that, a hybrid option can be negotiated
