Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Steward in maintenance and care of all Food & Beverage operating equipment

• Coordinate with Kitchen and service for all necessary equipment and ready at the designated time

• Responsible for assigning daily employee work loads and monitors the attendance of staff

• Supervise employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual                                                  

• Train employees for all tasks that need to be accomplished according to the standard operating manual

• Establish and maintains effective employee relation in his section

Job Requirements:

• Over 3 years' Stewarding  experience in a 5-star hotel, or holder of bachelor's degree in hospitality will also be considered

• Excellent language skills in Chinese. Basic English

• Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays
