Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
# 3-5 years of related analytics experience along with advanced expertise in tools like AWS Snowflake, Teradata SQL, Apache Hive/Impala, SAS, Python, Advanced Excel or equivalent analytical and database platforms strongly preferred.
# 1-3 years of experience in healthcare related field strongly preferred.
# Proven ability to design modeling studies and experience with data models, addressing data quality issues in study design, constructing robust and efficient analytical data sets strongly preferred.
# Trainings or certifications as supporting evidence of use of data bases datamining, statistical software preferred.
# Capacity and interest to learn to use healthcare and digital marketing industry toolsets including knowledgebases, taxonomies, healthcare claims data.
# Display or have experience effectively communicating your results meaning strong presentation/writing/communication skills to liaise with mid-level and senior management to support analytics and evaluation regularly.
