Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Staff/Sr Thermal Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.

Reporting to the Thermal Manager, the Staff Thermal Engineer role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

  • Analyze and evaluate the feasibility of thermal design architecture.

  • Perform thermal/acoustic estimation/verification against product requirements.

  • Research/implement new thermal technologies for high density power module and energy storage products.

  • In charge of supplier management and cross functional communication.

  • Manage technical projects and collaborate with other internal teams and to support the execution process throughout development cycle.

  • Collaborate with design team to get resolution/path forward when appropriate trade-offs required between thermal and other disciplines (ie. EMC, SI, PCB design).

  • Keep up to date on appropriate standards and test methodologies.

  • Review of design for thermal strategy and implementation
