Staff Technician Preventive Maintenance Trim & Form

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting complex equipment, including Trim and Form and Oven systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Perform preventive maintenance on End-of-Line (EOL) semiconductor equipment in Trim & Form to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement effective solutions
• Conduct thorough tests and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations for equipment improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans, safety regulations, and reports to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Source replacement parts to minimize equipment downtime
• Repair and replace faulty equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Monitor and analyze data systems to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Test and evaluate devices to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met
• Update and modify older mechanical systems to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety and quality control.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum Diploma in Electronic, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Passed in Maths & English at SPM level.
• Minimum of 5 years in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in EOL Trim and Form process
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
