Web application Development using Java and React

Job Description

• In your new role you will:
  
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React, ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture.
  • Mentor junior web developers, providing technical guidance, solution design, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with product Owners and Architects to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with designers to translate design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications.
  • Ensure web applications are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and code comments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development, particularly in Java and React.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code quality and best practices are maintained.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* At least 6 years of experience in web development, with a focus on Java and React
* Strong programming skills in Java, including Java 8 and later versions
* Experience with React, including React Hooks, React Redux
* Knowledge of web development frameworks, such as Spring Boot
* Strong understanding of web development best practices, including security, performance, and accessibility
* Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
* Certification in Java or React, such as Oracle Certified Java Programmer or React Certified Developer
* Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
