Responsible for Mal Site Investment & Asset Management

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Drive for monthly Forecast Accuracy KPI: monthly forecast setting & monitoring, pulse check & update, coordinate for 5 party meeting, coordinate pull & push, perform accrual in-transit (if require).
• Accountable & reporting input to Finance for AUC Reporting extension requirement & Asset Insurance.
• Analytic skills must include the ability to see the big picture and the demonstration of strong business intuition.
• Responsible for monthly Forecast Accuracy balancing within Site Mal.
• Coordinate & compilation on CP application management with Invest Review coordination, ensure readiness of CP accordance to Invest Template Guideline, creation & maintenance of e-CP & budget allocation in SAP system.
• Consolidate & reporting asset audit.
• Accountable to coordinate TCR CAPEX IDL list, provide overview of individual Segment/Dept CAPEX, input into SAP system.
• Responsible to ensure data quality on Asset & Investment reporting.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance with experience in Assets Management or similar role.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in accounting and controlling.
• Detail-oriented and organized, and a multitasker.
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively (written and verbal) with involved parties at all levels.
