Staff Specialist Regional Marketing

Mainly achieve memory product (RAM and NOR) design-win and revenue target in GC region

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Responsible to achieve memory product (RAM and NOR) design-win and revenue target in GC region
• Lead new product definition & proposal, especially to fit China market requirements.
• Take ownership of GC memory pricing strategy and align with Product Line.
• Feedback, support & align with Headquarter on China market and customer needs
• Supports G2M activities at product or application level by product management.
• To initiate innovative ideas or projects and lead the project execution to achieve tangible result
• Lead and drive internal & external team members toward projects design-win and revenue
• Provide product training to customers/distributors

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Degree or above, electrical engineering, computer science or related majors are preferred.
• 3+ working experience in related field of memory (NOR and RAM preferred): Marketing, (Field) Application Engineering, Sales etc.
• Rich knowledge on memory usage: characteristics of each kind of memory, Interface, system integration with chipsets etc.
• Good knowledge on hardware structure and design guidelines of embedded system.
• Fluent in oral and written English as working language
• Customer focus and self-motived in resolving complex issues
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability;
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Flexibility to travel as required, up to 30% of time.
