Coordinate logistic related transfer project with cross-functions collaboration internally and externally.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
1.Coordinate logistic related transfer project with cross-functions collaboration internally and externally.
2.Drive optimization for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in Logistic function via lean or automation and digitalization.
3.Job rotate to different logistics function to backup key position(department talent pipeline).
4.Act as department coordinator to ensure company level target can be deployed to department level ( NLOP, YIP, ESH target…)
5.Act as cross-site coordinator to learn and introduce best practice(Solution and methodology)
to Wuxi site.
6.Promote learning and sharing culture across logistic department.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, international trade, information management or industrial engineering etc.
2.Minimum 3-5 years of logistic experience in multi-national company. Will consider very high potential candidate with less or even no working experience.
3.Good potential, quick learner, positive and self-motivation, good inter personal skills and team player.
4.Good oral and written English communication skills is must.
5.Experienced in leading project and programs with excellent data analysis and system thinking is preferred.
6.Solid knowledge in shipping and Customs, including but not limited to expertise in country of origin, customs valuation, E-account book management and customs system is preferred.
