Support Lean implementation

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, 5S, SMED, and other Lean tools across the organization.
• Develop and support digital transformation of Lean training & workshops.
• Track KPIs and analyze performance data to sustain long-term improvements.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Green belt with strong understanding of Lean principles and methodologies like Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to train, coach, and run VSM workshops. 
• Must be comfortable interacting with, and coaching, individuals at various levels of an organization with the appropriate level of tact.
• Proven track record of successful Lean implementations in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Industrial Engineering is added advantage.
