Staff Specialist Engineering Sample

Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSAT subcon (globally located).

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Handle partial management function eg: Assist ES Manager by attending to regular and urgent meetings to gather information/data for reporting.
• General support to other ES coordinator with all subcon with intention to assist internal customer needs to meet their deadlines requirement.
• Facilitate data gathering for analysis of report.
• Responsible to drive and maintain OTD & CT, to manage subcon under their portfolio and work with subcon for loading and shipment plan.
• Coordination and management of engineering sample across all OSAT subcon
• Coordination and management of ES process
• Attend & participate in meetings with ES team, GSC, BE team, requestor & subcon as needed
• Assist Business Units in meeting their needs (Close communication with customer to understand deadlines and drive subcon to meet their needs).

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology)
• Min 4-5 years handling engineering sample
• Ability to speak Mandarin and English (to support subcon from China).
• Having knowledge in Engineering, IT, Accounting or Planning knowledge is an added advantage.
