Staff Program/Project Manager (Product & Strategic Operations Management - Factory Core Team)

About our group:

Support the Head Program Management in Product Release phase. Focus on communication and decision making for HGA both internal and external related issue, including downstream performance and quality across the operation 

About the role - you will:

●    Work in Korat slider factory reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager
●    Manage internal Slider factory team to monitor factory performance-related issues and improvement opportunities
●    Coordinate with internal Slider factory team to address the customers’ qualifications-related issues
●    Develop all Slider/HGA communications such as Slider/HGA notification and Slider alert letter to downstream for Slider or HGA related issue (Slider/HGA through Drive)
●    Act as Slider/HGA Representative and facilitate RHG (Recording Head Group) and Drive meetings
●    Engage with CRB (Change Review Board) as approval role
●    Update weekly Slider/HGA product performance both internal and external issues to the management team 

About you:

●    Capable of communicating in a complex situations with a cross-function support team
●    Able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage conflicting deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment 
●    Excellent teamwork, leadership, organization, and presentation skills 
●    Ability to effectively plan, control, and take responsibility for timeline and status updates
●    Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written

Your experience includes:

•    Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in Engineering and/or relevant experience
•    Good knowledge of Program, Product, Process engineering field
•    Have full knowledge of the project or strategic operation management field 
•    Supporting initial volume product ramp and ensuring overall performance is sustainable
•    Having a good understanding of the Slider through Drive process
