Job description

The Finance & Admin Business Analyst is essential to the ongoing profitable operations for one of the most globally recognized and respected companies in the world. By overseeing our financial activities, you will enable IBM to continue to bring to market ground-breaking innovations such as Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure, and Blockchain technologies, to name a few.

- Responsible for the registration, validation and qualification of new employees, monitoring onboarding, ensuring that registration is carried out in compliance and without inconsistencies;

- Monitoring and complying with the admission windows in accordance with the monthly schedule;

- Providing assistance to new employees via digital channels;

- Monitoring the onboarding of new employees;

- Ensuring that all mandatory documentation is duly registered in the system, as well as in the benefits channels;

- Ensuring that the admission fees are sent within the legal deadline via E-social.

- Report any unforeseen circumstances arising from a delay in hiring the new employee;

- Supporting the new candidate throughout the hiring process.

- Higher education in Administration or Human Resources Administration;

- Office package, including advanced Excel and Power Point;

- Knowledge of the following systems: FPW LG Folha, Peoplesoft and SAP.
