Staff FAE

This FAE role will support to solve problems during customer product design in terms of Infineon high power products such asDiscrete/Baredie/module devices with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gatedriver, sensors as well as system level in GC forxEV application.

In your new role you will:

• Provide technical support of Infineon high power products such asDiscrete/Baredie/module devices with Si/SiC/GaN technologies, gatedriver, sensors as well as system level support to customers in GC forxEV application
• Support to solve problems during customer product design
• Collect market information and feedback to product line for themarket requirements and trend.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor/Master degree
• 5 years experience in automotive semiconductor
• Hands-on experience on IGBT/SiC/GaN in xEV applications, such MainInverter, OBC, DCDC or related power conversion applications inindustry.
• Solid knowhow of power electronics device physics (Si, SiC. GaNetc), electrical parameters, device physical trade-offs etc.
• Solid knowledge about Power Module design and interconnecttechnologies.
• EMC/EMI experience is preferred
• Concept of ISO26262 is preferred
• Good customer communication/presentation skills
• Fluently speaking & writing in English
• Team work, High-level of self-discipline and innovative
• Willingness to travel
