Staff Engineer Test Automation and Methods - Final Test

Provide 2nd level and 3rd level support to ensure issue tickets are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Drive problem management for pro-active management of FI system application services.
• Perform user requirements engineering, design and development for FI solutions in respective domain area.
• Perform testing, user training and deployment of FI application solutions in systematic way.
• Undertake change & release management for FI application services / software deployment cycle.
• Monitor system health and capacity and perform pro-active system maintenance to ensure reliable 24x7 operation of mission-critical applications.
• Undertake 24x7 on-call duty where necessary.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree (Bachelor's/Master's) in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented application development (Java, .net, UML).
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience, e.g. in MVP design pattern, Eclipse RCP, Java Spring in SOA environments.
• In-depth knowledge of system administration in Windows and Unix environments (also Shell, Perl).
• Knowledge of communication protocols (e.g. TCP/IP, GPIB, COM), and machine controls (as an advantage).
• Experience in project management (as an advantage).
