Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Development of freewheeling diode technologies on 200mm wafers for industrial applications
• Work in a project team with team members from European sites
• Plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments (including Do Es)

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor / Master / PhD Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Physics / Material Science / Chemistry
• Minimum 3-5 Year of working experience in FE related Semi conductor industry
• 1-3 years in FE-technology development
