Job description

•Audit supplier facilities to ensure adherence to Bloom requirements

• Perform PPAP/PRP to check mass production capability

•Assess Design for Manufacturability(DFM) of new product designs and drive improvements.

•Manage process development/change management with suppliers to meet Bloom requirements

•Provide disposal action support of suspected part .Drive continuous improvements for all supplier process.

•Deployment of quality tools / methodology for supplier critical process .

•Improve supplier quality processes such as assessments, supplier management, part approval, and corrective actions in a global suppliers

•Lead 8D Report for complaints/Field failures

•Drive Design and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (DFMEA/PFMEA) to assess and improve product designs/processes.

•Review and evaluate supplier Quality data to identify process improvement opportunities

•RMA handling and drive the actions

•Education, Skills and Experience

•Proficient in PCBA standards such as IPC,J-EDEC/ESD/MSD

•4-6 Years Experience in Electronics manufacturing Industries

•BE/B Tech in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering

•Technical Knowledge to demonstrate suppliers

•Quality Management System auditing experience

•Strong communication and interpersonal skill

•Proficiency in PowerPoint. Experience, SQC Tools,

•Ability to travel 20% - 30% of time
