Layout of analog and mixed-signal modules in CMOS and PowerTechnologies, with a particular focus on DC-DC converter for powermanagement ICs.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Layout of analog and mixed-signal modules in CMOS and PowerTechnologies, with a particular focus on DC-DC converter for powermanagement ICs.
• Layout of analog and mixed-signal system resource blocks including POR,Bandgap, LDO, Oscillator, amplifier.
• Experience in Chip floor-planning, pad ring layout, power busing,bonding and tape-out activities.
• In depth knowledge of layout verification including DRC, LVS, Latch-up,Electro-migration.
• Work closely with designer defining the block layout requirement,matching pattern and signal integrity.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Diploma/ Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering,Physics or equivalent field of studies.
• Experience in analog and mixed-signal layout, particularly in CMOS andPower Technologies.
• Good Analytical skills and very good understanding of Analog Layout.
• Familiarity with power switch layout, electro-migration and thermalanalysis is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design tools, and methodologies.
