Job Description
In your new role you will:

1. Work as Medium Voltage GaN expert and support customers and Infineon teams with application support
2. Contributing to major product cross-functional teams for both product development and customer supporting.
3. Prototyping and producing requirements definitions for new application and solutions
4. Producing content in support of new GaN and controller/ gatedriver's products, including: New product definition/ validation.
5. Hardware & System-level designs/ reviews including schematic, layout and component selection for demo boards/ EVBs/ reference designs/customer requests.
6. Technical documentation and promoting materials such as data sheets, technical reference manuals, application notes and knowledge base articles.
7. Technical training for external customers and Infineon Sales, Marketing and Applications Enabling customer design-in of products and solutions through architectural collaboration, technical support, training and failure analysis.

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Master of Science in Physics, Material Science, Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree.2. Familiarity with FinFet device and process
3. Experience in Fab process integration, product engineering, wafer sorting and customer service engineering. IC design experience will be a plus. 7+ years work experience is required.
4. Technologies transfers and ramp experience is preferred but not a must
5. Team Player
6. Proactive attitude for new challenges and problem solving
7. Multicultural experience
8. Willingness for business travel
