Collaborate with software development stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the methodology and tooling.

Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Drive and improve the embedded software methodology and tooling for application lifecycle management at Infineon
  • Collaborate with software development stakeholders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to the methodology and tooling.
  • Analyze business needs and convert it into requirements. Manage and prioritize incoming requests for changes, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Ensure the methodology and tooling are aligned with industry best practices and relevant standards (e.g. Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262).
  • Provide training and support to users of the methodology and tooling, including documentation, workshops, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of the methodology and tooling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, project managers and software development experts
  • experience in rollout and sustaining of an integrated software solution in a very process-driven R&D environment
  • proven ability to structure complex technical topics, convert into requirements and ensure execution (e.g. with 3rd parties)


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development with broad exposure to whole end-to-end SW dev. lifecycle (from requirements to release)
  • Experience with application lifecycle management (ALM) or content mgmt. solutions and relevant embedded software methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tooling
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
