Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Be responsible for AMS / ASIC full custom layout topics (analog / mixed signal)
• Communicate with internal and external customers
• Contribute by the integration of new methods and software tooling into our established design
• Train and support our worldwide designer community.
• Challenge our existing processes and devise better and more efficient ways of IC product development and verification
• Write technical documentation and strive for quality by complying to all relevant quality assurance processes
• Be responsible for full Custom Chip Integration with e.g. Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suite (ICADVM and related features would be a plus)

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in physical design AMS
• knowledge in FinFET technologies
• Solid experience analog full custom layout
• Knowledge of the Cadence Virtuoso software suite is required (schematic entry, layout entry, Spectre /Spice simulation).
• System knowledge in UNIX, LINUX, Windows as well as programming knowledge in Cadence-SKILL-Code;
• Knowledge in flow, tools and methodology
• knowledge of C/C++, Python and Cadence-SKILL (a variant of the LISP language) is an advantage.
• Experience in software development and continuous deployment is a plus
