Staff Design Engineer (Mechanical | Manufacturing)

• Responsible for creating design of module, structures and fixtures in mechanical. 
• Carry out to complete the design process such as studies of feasibility, conceptual detailed design using 3D solid modeling, analysis, procurement prototype parts, assembly, testing and troubleshooting, etc. 
• Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide seamless integration and testing at the system and subsystem level. 
• Manage suppliers to ensure design specifications are met. 
• Responsible for executing environmental and transportation testing such as vibration, shock & temperature. 
• Work out product concerns throughout the product phases.
• In-charge of thermal management, vibration control, purge flow analysis & image contamination.
• Other ad hoc task as assigned. 

Requirements

• With Doctorate (Academic) in Mechanical Engineering or it’s equivalent. 
• At least 2-5 years of relevant working experience. 
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals (drawing specifications, design principles, fabrication methods, etc).
• Prior experience in R&D in designing mechanical precision design.
