Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Provide dedicated DT support for inspection technology systems at the Wilmington site.
Support daily operations, sustainment, and troubleshooting of inspection-related applications including CMMs, Wax and Trace, GenSpect, and other connected systems.
Serve as a primary DT contact for issue resolution, technical support, and operational continuity of inspection technology applications.
Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application, interface, system, hardware, software, and connectivity issues affecting inspection operations.
Partner with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and site leadership to prioritize and resolve issues impacting inspection-system performance and availability.
Coordinate with enterprise DT teams, infrastructure teams, application owners, and vendors to support reliability, upgrades, and issue resolution.
Support system configuration, upgrades, patches, testing, validation, and deployment for inspection technology applications.
Monitor system performance, identify recurring issues, and drive improvements that strengthen uptime, usability, and support responsiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and standard work for supported systems.
Support user access, system setup, troubleshooting, and technical guidance for site users.
Help strengthen ownership and support models for critical inspection technologies.
Support continuous improvement efforts that improve operational reliability, quality-system support, and digital performance at the site. Ensure supported systems align with DT standards, cybersecurity requirements, and business needs.
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, manufacturing systems, operations technology, quality systems support, digital technology, or related technical roles.
Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Experience supporting business-critical applications or operational systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting software, hardware, interfaces, system connectivity, and user issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Characteristics
Experience supporting inspection systems, quality applications, manufacturing applications, or other shop-floor technologies.
Familiarity with CMMs, Wax and Trace, GenSpect, or similar inspection and measurement systems.
Experience with application operations, sustainment, incident management, and issue resolution.
Ability to coordinate effectively across DT, engineering, quality, operations, and external vendor teams.
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
Experience with system integrations, interfaces, and connected application environments.
Ability to work independently while driving accountability and follow-through.
Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and urgency.
Familiarity with manufacturing quality processes, production support models, and continuous improvement principles.
Experience working in a regulated, complex, or highly integrated digital environment is a plus.
