Responsibilities :

  • Perform Electrical & Mechanical Verification FA on SSD Customer Returns
  • Provide FA Reports to External Customers
  • Manage Escalations Communication of RMA cases to Internal Teams
  • Maintain & Develop Knowledge of FA Capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Masters or Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or related field of study
  • A good understanding of NAND flash memory function and SSD storage and architecture

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship experience related to SSD debugging
  • Computer hardware knowledge (PCIE, SATA, Bus Tracer) will be advantageous
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Excellent time and project management skills
  • Good oral & written communication skills

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$95,000.00 - $161,500.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
