Responsible for developing, maintaining, and validating simulation models of heavy-duty vehicle systems to support embedded systems development and testing. The role involves analyzing system requirements, creating multi-domain physical system models using MATLAB/Simulink tools, conducting simulation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure system performance, accuracy, and reliability throughout the product development lifecycle.

Your Impact

  • Collect and analyse system requirements and specifications to define modelling and simulation needs.

  • Develop and maintain models of physical systems using modelling tools (e.g., Simulink, Stateflow, Simscape).

  • Support the development of real-time simulations and HIL testing environments for embedded systems.

  • Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Continuously learn and develop new skills to stay current with technology.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Strong Model-Based Design (MBD) experience using MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, and Simscape.

  • Experience with embedded systems validation and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing in real-time simulation environments.

  • Ability to model and analyze physical systems across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or thermal domains.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret system requirements, specifications, schematics, and test data and translate them into accurate models.

  • Proficiency with engineering collaboration tools, including Git/GitHub and vehicle validation tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and Vector tools.

Your Benefits

  • GLOBAL DIVERSITY – Diversity means many things to us, different brands, cultures, nationalities, genders, generations – even variety in our roles. You make us unique!

  • ENTERPRISING SPIRIT- Every role adds value. We are committed to helping you develop and grow to realize your potential.

  • POSITIVE IMPACT – Make it personal and help us feed the world.

  • INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES - You can combine your love for technology with manufacturing excellence – and work alongside teams of people worldwide who share your enthusiasm.

  • MAKE THE MOST OF YOU – Benefits include health care and wellness plans and flexible and virtual work options.

Your Workplace

We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers. Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
