Many of our clients regularly seek our advice when making changes to their internal IT staffing and vendor management programs. *Responsible for handling the entire recruiting cycle such as sourcing, screening, contacting, confirming, interviewing, and placing qualified talent professionals.

*Should be proficient with various job portals such as Monster, Dice, Corp – Corp, Google Groups etc.

*Responsible for addressing/negotiating issues related to salary/responsibility expectation to reduce variance of expectation by candidate in recruitment process.

*Interacting with all tech panels, Scheduling Interviews, getting the feedback about the candidates hiring.

*Hiring consultants for short/long term projects on a corp-to-corp, 1099 or W2.

*H 1 candidates, Permanent Residents and US citizens on a contractual, permanent or temp to permanent basis.

*Understanding the client requirement and closing the requirement with suitable consultants within the response time.

*Short-listing consultants as per experience, qualification, and communication to cater able needs of clients.

*Interviewed qualified consultants and assessed their skills (per client request), for Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Fulltime (Perm) placements across United States.

*Submittal, follow-ups and Interview batch scheduling were few of my job responsibilities

*Talking to the consultants/employers regarding their interest, availability, pay rates, relocations and the technical skills.

*Exclusive experience in working with C2C, W2 and 1099 with H1B, GCs and Citizens.

Good knowledge/Experience as a recruiter on monster and dice 

JobDiva and other recruiting tools.

Certification would be given preference
