Sr. Thermal Engineer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thermal validation for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled projects.
2. Develop and optimize thermal solutions, including fans, heat sinks, cold plates.
3. Perform thermal simulation with solid analytical skills and strong hand-on experience.
4. Operate wind tunnel for PQ and impedance measurement.
5. Manage CPU TTV and thermocouple installation for temperature verification.
6. Work efficiently with Linux environments, including executing OS commands and installing stress tools.   
7. Participate in new technology development and continuous improvement of thermal design methodologies.   

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering, or a related field.
2. Over 3 years of experience as a thermal engineer.
3. Familiar with Flotherm & Creo. CFD analysis experience is required.
4. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
5. Good project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Clear logical thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
7. Experience with NVIDIA platform testing is a plus.
