Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant - (Finacle 10.x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Engineer with strong techno-functional expertise in Finacle 10.x. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of Retail Loans within the Finacle ecosystem, along with hands-on experience in Finacle Scripting and Oracle Database.

The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, stakeholder management, solution delivery, and collaborating with multiple teams to support and enhance core banking platforms. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Work on development, customization, and support of Finacle 10.x applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Possess strong techno-functional understanding of the Retail Loans lifecycle in Finacle.
• Design, develop, and maintain Finacle scripts and Oracle database objects.
• Collaborate with business users and technology teams to understand functional requirements.
• Manage end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and solution implementation.
• Coordinate with multiple dependent teams across the organization to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and provide functional guidance to project stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor development team members.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, banking compliance, and best engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
