Sr Tech Lead – Hardware Engineering

Our client is looking for a talented Sr Tech Lead – Hardware Engineering. 

• System engineering, designing, and development of SIL 4 product and application as per project specifications,
• Plan, check & review the total life cycle of prototype development,
• Management & development of team for hardware, firmware, software, and testing,
• Documentation of the product life cycle management as per company ISO,
• Attaining SIL 4 certification for the developed products and solutions.

•  
• At least a bachelor of technology/ engineering,
• Minimum 10 years of experience in core embedded electronics hardware and firmware development,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering with Industrial products,
• Experience in complete system engineering for “Railway Signaling Control System/ Vital Computer" with SIL 4 standard,
• Experience as a hardware design engineer for SIL 4 standard using multiple CPU & supporting multiple RTOS/ OS,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership position (managing hardware and firmware teams),
• Knowledge of program development for different processors, controllers, and FPGA platforms,
• Strong know-how in program development, layout design for digital, analogue, mixed-signal, and high-speed boards,
• Knowledge of EMI/ EMC compliance,
• Experience in Embedded Linux, GNU & MATLAB,
• Experience in risk, reliability, and FMEA,
• Experience in type test and certification of products,
• Continuous improvement mindset,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities,
• Strong organizational and communication skills,
• English language competency – both oral and written.
