About the Team

The Global Occupier Services (GOS) Talent Acquisition team supports hiring across Cushman & Wakefield's GOS business throughout the world. As part of a globally connected Talent Acquisition organization, the team partners with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a consistent and high-quality hiring experience across the APAC region.
As the organization continues to grow and evolve, there is an increasing need for strategic recruiting support across key client accounts, new business opportunities, and priority hiring initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring recruiting resources, hiring strategies, and stakeholder alignment support successful business outcomes.

Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering recruitment support across the APAC region while leading talent acquisition efforts for strategic client accounts, new business opportunities, and priority hiring initiatives. In addition to managing a requisition portfolio, this role develops hiring strategies, leads recruiting projects, coordinates work across recruiting teams, and partners with business leaders to ensure successful hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting expertise with exceptional stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of positions across APAC, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate closing.
  • Serve as the Talent Acquisition lead for high-profile client accounts, new business opportunities, and other strategic hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop hiring strategies aligned with staffing plans and business objectives.
  • Create and manage recruiting project plans, including hiring timelines, milestones, risks, and success measures.
  • Coordinate and direct recruiting activity across recruiters and shared recruiting resources to ensure hiring plans are executed effectively.
  • Track progress against hiring goals, identify risks and roadblocks, and drive resolution with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate recurring hiring reviews and provide reporting on recruitment activity, pipeline health, Time-to-Fill, Time-to-Offer, and overall project status.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve speed-to-market.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Support employer branding, candidate engagement, and talent attraction initiatives across the region.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in corporate, RPO, agency, or shared services environments.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries within APAC.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex recruiting projects, large-scale hiring initiatives, new business launches, or strategic accounts.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience developing project plans, coordinating work across multiple stakeholders, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and measuring outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence, coordinate, and drive results through others without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
  • Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and AI-enabled tools; Workday experience preferred.
  • Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management, Professional Services, or related industry recruiting experience preferred.
