Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• System design spec. / lab test plan review&enhancement
• Work with Sales team to maintain business relationship with major customers.
• Enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support Customer, FAE and Sales for new products and technologies.
• Improve Server System Quality.
• Support other teams and PM members to growth business.
• Coordinate, Plan, Prompt and Develop new server products in Asia.
• Lead project to design win projects by implement SuperServer building block solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10 years or more working experiences with Server System products.
• Education and/or Experience: BS/MS EE, Computer Science.
• Experience integrating cross-functional teams communication
• Experience work with 1st or 2nd -tier ODM completed system projects
• Familiar with MB/System project management/control process
• Experience leading related team with customer’s filed issue resolve
• Capable to management large server related projects
• Capable to lead team to excellent.
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation in English and Chinese.
• Good at Market (Server Product/Customer) analyze and plan.
